Xiomex reserves the right to modify or cease any service offered, as well as these Terms and Conditions, at any time and without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review these terms.

4. Registration and Account Policies

Access to certain Xiomex functionalities may require account registration. The user undertakes to provide true and complete information, and to update it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, as well as for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All Xiomex content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Miralles SC FZ-LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Use of the content, outside of the uses permitted by these Terms, without our prior consent is strictly prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any related disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Xiomex. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

11. Right of Admission

We reserve the right to admit, suspend, or cancel access to our services for any user at our discretion, for any legitimate reason. This includes, but is not limited to, the breach of these terms and conditions, conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to the Xiomex community, or any other reason we deem relevant to protect our interests and those of our users.

Even if a user passes the funding challenge, Xiomex reserves the final right of admission for traders. The right to approve them is based on a thorough analysis of their trading style, benefits, volume, and other relevant factors. We do not guarantee automatic approval of the funded account, regardless of meeting the exam objectives.

12. Measures against Fraud and Misuse

Xiomex reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user suspected of engaging in fraudulent activities, abuse, or any misuse of the services. This may include the suspension or termination of the account, notification to relevant authorities, and any other appropriate legal action.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute related to these terms and conditions or the use of Xiomex services, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably before resorting to legal proceedings. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction and applicable law set forth in these terms.

Xiomex may integrate third-party services into its platform to enhance functionality and user experience. The use of these services will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers. Xiomex is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services.
